    Thanks for your interest. Due to PE involvement, I had put this subject aside for about 2 mths, although I am following up on my own the various developments. The reason being I would not recommend a buy yet, no hurry; especially for private properties. (Only exception being starters for smaller BTO)I had warned all of the external "driver" to watch, and it seems like things are shaping up ... The focus of my writing is mainly on the mid-range properties and the middle-income earners.
